When we are not open, call our office at 419-352-5620 and follow the instructions on the after hours message. If it is not an emergency, please fill out the maintenance request form on this website and we will contact you the following business day.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN YOUR RENTALS?
Yes, we do allow pets in some of our units. For a list of properties that allow pets, use the search tool on this website to find them. If you want to know if pets are allowed in a specific property, do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm. We are also open Saturdays by appointment only.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOCK MYSELF OUT OF MY RENTAL?
If you lock yourself out of your home during our hours of operation, simply come to our office and we will let you borrow a key. If you lock yourself out when our office is closed, call BG Lock & Key at 419-353-7772 at your own expense.

It depends on the property that you would like to rent.
How do I pay rent?
Your rent is due on the 1st of every month. Currently, we only accept checks and credit cards.
There is a $10 per day late fee including holidays and weekends.
