How do I pay rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We currently accept checks or credit cards, or you can pay through the tenant portal on your Appfolio app.
What happens if I am late paying rent?
There is a $10 per day late fee on all late rent payments, including holidays and weekends.
Do you require a parental guarantee?
Each property may have different requirements. Please contact our office for further information.

All other maintenance requests will be addressed the next business day.
Do you allow pets in your rentals?
We do have pet-friendly units. For a list of properties that allow pets please use the properties link on this website to find them. If you have questions about a specific property do not hesitate to email us directly at email@example.com.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM-12:00 PM.
How do I sublease my rental?

What should I do if I have a maintenance issue?
You can fill out the maintenance request form under the forms section of this website. It will be emailed directly to us and we will promptly get to your problem.
For after-hours emergency maintenance contact 419.539.2265. *Please note that an emergency request is fire, flood, or no heat in extreme weather.
What should I do if I lock myself out of my rental?
If you lock yourself out of your rental during our hours of operation please visit our office and we will lend you a key.
If you lock yourself out during after-hours please call BG Lock & Key at 419-353-7772. *Please note that an after-hours lockout service will be charged at your expense.
